Customer Service Representative
Career Connections is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a large employer in Nelsonville, Ohio. Will be answering telephones, assisting customers with general inquiries, and performing data entry.
This is a temporary position with training starting on Monday, June 1. Once training is complete the assignment will last several weeks. The training schedule will be 11 a.m. to 4:
30 p.m., Monday through Friday. After training the schedule will vary with hours between 8:
30 a.m. and 8:
30 p.m., Monday through Friday, depending on peak volume call periods. Total hours will be approximately 25 per week. The pay is $8.50 per hour.
To qualify for this position, candidates must have a friendly customer service attitude, good understanding of computers, and strong attention to detail. Candidates with previous call center experience will be given strong consideration. This company is looking for someone to commit on a long-term basis.
